Christmas at Mom's

Every year, my Mom goes to Florida with her bf, Doug, for the holidays, so we celebrate Christmas before the actual date. This year, it was windy and snowy outside, so instead of shoveling up to the outdoor grill, Doug threw the grilling rack on top of the wood in the fireplace. Sensational smokey flavor and all done in the cozy indoors!
